        Due to the prepayment requirements of venues in which the Atlanta Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, Inc. (“Atlanta Chapter”) hosts its events, we regret that we are unable to accommodate refunds.  If we cancel an event, we will refund amounts paid in advance.  Generally, we do allow substitutions; in other words, substituting a new person for a person who has already paid, with the obligation to settle up with one another on the cost of the event being left to the parties involved in the substitution.  If substitutions are not permitted, the Event description will so state.
    
        Please note that the Atlanta Chapter does not accept payments via credit cards not shown in the drop-down menu of the “Make a Payment” web page. All registrations for this event must be completed through this website using one of the approved forms of credit card payment.
          
        From time-to-time Atlanta Chapter events sell-out in advance.  Our priority policy is the order in which both reservation and payment are received.
